ORDER:
WRIT PETITION No. 22120 of 2001
None appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf, for the last several occasions. Hence, on 26.12.2017 this Court directed to list the matter today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, none appeared for the petitioner, as usual.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
