ORDER:-
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that hisrepresentation dated 08.10.2012 for release of terminal benefits, is notbeing disposed of by the respondents though he has succeeded inseveral cases mentioned by him in that representation.
Heard Sri B. Sudhakhar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner,and Sri K.V.Subba Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.
In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to dispose ofthe said representation and pass appropriate orders thereon, withinone month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. WPMPs,if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
