ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to [the]order dated 22.06.202t passed by this Court in W.P.No.11355 of 2021.
The respondent No.2 has filed a counter-affidavit stating that [in]compliance of the order of this Court, the ansrwering respondent hasissued notice to the petitioner requesting him to furnish the requireddocuments. But, the [petitioner ]neither furnished the required documentsnor submitted any reply. Therefore, the answering respondent has [passed]a detailed order vide Rc.No.72l55/202t-22 dated 23.07.2021 dismissingthe representation of the petitioner and the said order was alsocommunication to the petitioner by registered post. [-]
Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving itopen to the petitioners to challenge the order datd 23.07.2021 beforeappropriate forum, if he is so aggrieved.
