ORDER:
“Admit.
The seized articles i.e., 44 bags of black jaggery and 4 bags of alum,in P.O.R. No. 238/2008-09 on the file of Prohibition and Excise Station,Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, shall be released to the petitioners, oneach of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum tothe satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and ExciseStation, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District.”
