-ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to setaside order dated 21-12-2010 of respondent No.3,whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shopauthorization.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitionerand the learned Assistant Government Pleader for CivilSupplies and having regard to the nature of theallegations contained in the impugned order, I am of theopinion that no relief, at this stage, can be granted as thepetitioner’s authorization has been suspended as aninterim measure, pending enquiry into the seriousallegations made against him concerning running of thefair price shop. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, requested that respondent No.3 may bedirected to complete the enquiry at an early date.

Having regard to this request, the Wirt Petition isdisposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 tocomplete the enquiry and pass a final order after givingopportunity of being heard to the petitioner within a periodof one month from the date of receipt of the order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMPNo.42454 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous.
