ORDER

CRL.P.No.15190 of 2013

The petitioners–A1 to A13 apprehend arrest inCr.No.160 of 2013 of Eleswaram Police Station, EastGodavari District, registered for the offences punishableunder Sections 448, 354, 323 and 506 read with 149IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes andScheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Heard learned counsel appearing for thepetitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutorrepresenting the respondent-State.

It is alleged in the First Information Report that thepetitioners criminally trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant, armed with sticks and knives witha view to kill LW7, who is the family friend of the defacto complainant. In the said attack, it appears, somepersons received injuries.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grantanticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
