ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedcounsel for the respondents submit that the subject matter ofthis writ petition is covered by the judgment rendered by thisCourt on 19.07.2005 in W.P.No.23750 of 2000 and batch.
Following the same, the writ petition is allowed, directingthat the respondents shall not recover any amount towardscontribution to the National Academy Construction, Hyderabad,from the future bills payable to them. There shall be no orderas to costs.
