-ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the followingsubstantive relief:
“…to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriatewrit or direction declaring the proceedings of the 2[nd]respondent passed in No.D3/3578/2002, dated 13-4-2003 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2[nd]respondent to accord administrative sanction of theworks passed in resolution dated 22-10-2002”.
At the hearing, Sri J.Anil Kumar, learned counselfor the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the WritPetition does not survive for consideration and that theWrit Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissedas infructuous.
