ASMP.No.2309 of 2009:
Learned counsel appearing for both parties arepresent. Both parties are represented by the learnedcounsel on special vakalaths, which are filed. It is stated that both parties have entered into a compromise andsettled the dispute outside the Court in terms of thecompromise as set out in the memorandum ofcompromise filed along with the application.
Compromise is recorded as per the terms setout in the memorandum of compromise. Petition isordered accordingly.
A.S.No.1507 of 1997:
In view of the orders passed in
A.S.M.P.No.2309 of 2009, recording the compromise asper the terms set out in the memorandum of compromise,the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Interimstay is vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
