The petitioner–A4 apprehends arrest in Cr.No.49of 2013 of Bapatla Rural Police Station, Guntur District,registered for the offences punishable under Sections420, 468 and 471 IPC.
Heard learned counsel appearing for thepetitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutorrepresenting the respondent-State.
The allegation against the petitioner is that healong with A1 and A5 created false death certificatesand claimed insurance amounts.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grantanticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
