As we could see, the matter involves various disputedquestions of fact. Moreover, an efficacious alternative remedy ofappeal is available to the petitioner under Section 17 of theSecuritisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets andEnforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Therefore, we are notinclined to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, granting leave and liberty to the petitioner to availthe statutory remedy of appeal, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Nocosts.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in thisWrit Petition shall stand closed.
