HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDYWRIT PETITION No.8779 of 2006
Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed a letter, dated 24.12.2007, to the Registryseeking to post the matter under the caption “for withdrawal” as the petitioners intend towithdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, today, the matter is posted under the caption “forwithdrawal”. In view of the said letter, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted towithdraw the writ petition.
