Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased toissue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature ofWrit of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent against the illegalconstruction that are being carried out by the 2nd respondent in the petitioner sitebearing Plot Nos. 10-B and 11-A in Survey No. 461 having obtained the approval forplot in survey No. 458 as illegal, arbitrary mala fide, unjust and against the principlesof natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to stop such illegalconstructions of the 2nd respondent and to demolish the constructions that arealready made.
