The Court made the following ORDER:
“A bare reading of the counter affidavit filed by the respondentdiscloses that he is misleading the court and has rendered the repeated orderspassed by this court futile.
The petitioner, whose land and structures therein were acquired, was paid acompensation of Rs.4.60 ps, in the year 1984, and the deponent of the counteraffidavit has the audacity to state that the question of passing another award doesnot arise. It is not as if he was not aware of the directions of this court inW.P.No.13161/90. He has also disputed the fact that the award was passed on 22-11-1998.
The deponent of the counter affidavit G, Ailaiah, Special Deputy Collector,Land Acquisition, Rapur at Nellore, is directed to appear before this court togetherwith records on 17-11-2003.
Post on 17-11-2003 for appearance.
