This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.seeking to quash the criminal proceedings in Cr.No. 242 of 2009 ofWomen Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad registered for theoffences punishable under section 498-A, 506 IPC and section 4 ofDowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners.
