ORDER:-
In view of the fact that the marriage is said to be a love marriage,but there being allegations of the offence under Section 3(1)(x) of theScheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, which have to be investigated, it is not a case to quash the FirstInformation Report at this stage and the police are permitted toproceed with the investigation. However, the arrest of thepetitioners/A.2 to A.5 is stayed till completion of the investigation.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
