This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused underSection 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax or modify the condition imposedin Crl.M.P.No.742 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.740 of 2013 by the AdditionalMetropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar insofar asdirecting the petitioner to deposit an amount ofRs.1,75,000/-.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accusedand the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
The condition imposed by the learned Additional MetropolitanSessions Judge, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar while granting bail to thepetitioner in Crl.M.P.No.742 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.740 of 2013 insofar asdirecting the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- is herebyset aside.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
