....RESPONDENT

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice B. Sudershan Reddy)

The impugned order under appeal, in our considered opinion, does not sufferfrom any legal infirmities requiring our interference in exercise of our appellatejurisdiction.

The learned single Judge rightly relied upon the decision rendered by a DivisionBench of this Court in M.RAMMOHAN REDDY Vs. THE GOVERNMENT OFANDHRA PRADESH(Writ Petition No.21395 of 2002, dated 13.11.2003) and, accordingly, held that the policy decision taken by the Government even inrespect of prescription of rates mentioned in Schedule-I, annexed toG.O.Ms.No.455, dated 29.07.2002, does not suffer from any infirmitiesrequiring interference of this Court. Prescription of rates of the lands asmentioned in Schedule-I to the said G.O. is also in the realm of the policydecision. We cannot sit in appeal over such policy decisions of the State inexercise of our judicial review jurisdiction.

The appeal fails and shall accordingly stand dismissed.
