Learned counsel for the petit-ioner submitled th:1t the saidvehicle was seize,l and iying in the prcmises o[ concerned Police Stationsince 15.11.2024, which is exposed to natural calzunities and iI lhc samcis kept idle, ther<: is every chance that the said vehicle will get damagedas a result of rr'h ich the petitioner u'ill suffer irreparable loss He furthersubmitted that tLLe petitioner, who is orvner of the said vehicle, using thesaid vehicle to m,let his livelihood and if the said vehicle is not released,the petitioner u.ill be put to great hardship and irreparable loss, Hence,he prayed this CourL to allow the Criminal Petition.
