ORDER:

The petitioners 1 to 4 herein alleged that at the instance ofthe fourth respondent, respondent No.3 is allegedly harassed thepetitioners threatening to arrest the petitioners. It is stated thatthere is a matrimonial dispute pending between the first petitionerand fourth respondent and as per the complaint filed by the fourthrespondent, the third respondent called both the parties on 02-12-2014 for the purpose of counseling. However, the petitionersalleged that they are being threatened that they would be arrested.Hence, they have filed the present writ petition.

On instructions, Government Pleader for Home, however, says that on the complaint of fourth respondent, DeputyCommissioner of Police, Detective Department, C.C.S.,Hyderabad, endorsed directing the third respondent to call both theparties and counsel them. Accordingly, counseling was undertakenby the third respondent on 02-02-2014.

Subsequently there was third round of counseling had takenplace on 20-12-2014. On which date both the parties appeared andthe fourth respondent showed willingness to live with her husbandbut the first petitioner is stated to be seeking a divorce. Hence, both the parties were let of without registering any case andadvised them to settle their issues amicably. Except thecounseling as aforesaid the third respondent stated that they havenot taken any further action in the matter and as on today no case is registered against the petitioners. However, in future if anycomplaint of cognizable offence is filed, appropriate action will betaken.

Hence, evidently, except the counseling sessionsundertaken by third respondent there is no other interference orthreats as alleged by the petitioners.

In view of the fact that apparently the writ petitioners areunable to substantiate their allegations, hence, the writ petition isdismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petitionshall stand closed.
