ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside showcause notice in Rc.No.G/6176/2011, dated 22.10.2011, issued byrespondent No.2.

Considering the fact that the impugned show cause notice wasissued more than three years back, I am not inclined to entertain thewrit petition for examining the legality or otherwise of the same. However, interests of justice would be met if respondent No.2 isdirected to complete the enquiry and pass an appropriate order withina reasonable time. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to hold adetailed enquiry and pass an appropriate order within two months fromthe date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50779 of 2014, filed by the petitionerfor interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
