ORDER
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution ofIndia is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer ismade:
"... to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction moreparticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaringthe inaction of.the 3'd respondent by not considering therepresentation made on 28.70.2019 for making online entryand issue new pattadar pass book in petitioner's favour in landin Sy.No.40/1 situated at Tirumalapur Village, Pudur Mandal,particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaringthe inaction of.the 3'd respondent by not considering therepresentation made on 28.70.2019 for making online entryand issue new pattadar pass book in petitioner's favour in landin Sy.No.40/1 situated at Tirumalapur Village, Pudur Mandal,Vikarabad District admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4.00 gts ishighly illegal, arbitrary and against to'the principles of Naturalhighly illegal, arbitrary and against to'the principles of NaturalJustice and also in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution ofIndia and consequently direct the 3'd respondent to considerthe representation made on 28.10.2019 for making online entryand issue new pattadar pass book in petitioner's tavour in landin Sy.No.40/1 situated at Tirumalapur Village, Pudur Mandal,Vikarabad District admeasuring to an extent of Ac14.00 9ts andpass such other order or orders ...."India and consequently direct the 3'd respondent to considerthe representation made on 28.10.2019 for making online entryand issue new pattadar pass book in petitioner's tavour in landin Sy.No.40/1 situated at Tirumalapur Village, Pudur Mandal,Vikarabad District admeasuring to an extent of Ac14.00 9ts andpass such other order or orders ...."
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused therecord.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit thatthe petitioner is the owner and possessor of Iand admeasuringAc.4-00 in Survey No.40l1 situated at Tirumalapur Village, PudurMandal, Vikarabad District, having succeeded the same by wayof inheritance. The name of the petitioner was mutated in therevenue records and pattadar pass book and title deeds werealso issued to her. The petitioner made an application, dated28.10.2019, before respondent No.3-Tahsildar, [pudur ]Mandal,Vikarabad District, seeking to make online entry and to issue new pattadar [pass ]book [in ][respect ][of ][the ][subject land, ][but ][till]date, no action [has ][been ][taken ][on ][the ][said ][application ][and]to [grant ][the ][relief sought in ][this Writ ][Petition,]ultimately, [prayed ]as indicated above.

There is no dispute [with ][regard ][to the filing of ][application,]dated 28.10.2019, by [the ][petitioner. ][Admittedly, no action ][has]been taken by the [respondent ][No.3-Tahsildar ][on ][the ][said]application so far. [Much ][time ][has been ][elapsed. ][By ][this ][time,]the respondent No.3-Tahsildar [ought ][to ][have ][disposed ][of ][the]said application.

Under these circumstances, [the ][respondent ][No'3-]Tahsildar, Pudur Mandal, [Vikarabad ][District, ][is ][directed ][to]examine and dispose of [the ][application, ][dated ][28.10'2019,]submitted by the [petitioner, ][as ][per ][the ][governing ][regulations,]within a [period ]of two [(2) ][months ][from the ][date ][of ][receipt ][of ][a]copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this [Writ ][Petition ][is ][disposed ][of']There shall be no order [as ][to ][costs.]
Miscellaneous [petitions, ][if ][any, ][pending in ][this Writ ][Petition]shall stand closed.
