No. 50 of 2019 in RC.No. 190 of2008, dated2S-02-2019; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein andupon hearing the arguments of Sri Zullaquar Alan, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue ofnotice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITIONshould not be admitted.
