JUDGMENT:
In view of the endorsement dated 30.12.2016 made on behalf of Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for appellant stating that the appellant/ M/ s ICICI Lombard Insurance Company Limited, intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
