ORDER:
In view of the representation made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor that the vehicle i.e., TATA ACETrolley bearing No.AP 24TB 4151 is lying in the custody ofProhibition and Excise Station, Thorrur and that a show causenotice was issued on 13.11.2013, the request of the petitionerfor release of vehicle bearing No.AP 24 TB 4151 seized inCrime No.654 of 2013-14 cannot be entertained under Section482 r/w 451 Cr.P.C. Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail theremedy available under law, the present Criminal Petition isdismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall standclosed.
