The present public interest litigation was filed in theyear 2OL2 by the Telangana SC & ST parents Associationof Hyderabad Public Schools stating that the respond.entState is not releasing scholarship amount to the SC & STstudents in time in respect of the acad.emic vear 2OlI_2012.

The academic year 2Oll-2O12 is alread5r over andtherefore, no further orders are required to be passed inthe present case. However, the State Government isdirected to ensure distribution of scholarship amount intime to all etigibte students for the future academic vears,also.

The public interest litigation is accordingly disposedof. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There sha-ll be no order as to costs.
