ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of chargesheet in C.C. No.6255 of 2Ol9 (in Crime No.257 of 2079 on the fileof WPS Saroornagar of Rachakonda Commissionerate) on the frleof learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyderabad at L.B.Nagar,Ranga Reddy District registered against petitioners/Accused Nos. Ito 7 for the offence under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 of the IndianPenal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
