ORDER:
Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that arepending against the petitioners in Crime No.21 of 2013 ofWomen Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, the presentCriminal Petition is filed.
2. No representation on petitioners' side on call. Therewas no representation even on 22.12.2022. On this day,Sri Vishal, learned counsel, representing Sri D.Madhava Rao,learned counsel on record for the petitioners, submits that heis handicapped with the fiie.
3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutoron 22.12.2022 anci even on this day stated that the CriminalPetition has become infructuous. The said submission is notopposed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Therefore,recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition isdismissed.
