Per G.S.SINGHVI, C.J.

In this petition filed in the name of public interest litigation, thepetitioners have prayed for issue of a mandamus to the respondents toremove power transformers which are said to be obstructing the roadleading from Kukatpally ‘Y’ junction to the colonies situated in the backof the entrance of Molugu Jaya Bharathi Gardens and to open thepublic road for public use.

Since no one has appeared for the petitioners, it is reasonableto presume that they are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
