In this appeal, the respondent herein who is the writ petitioner, seeks to assail theorder dated 27.09.2005 in W.P.M.P.No.23022 of 2005 in W.P.No.18085 of 2005passed by the learned single Judge giving certain directions in regard to payment ofcertain terminal benefits and ordering notice.Though several contentions sought to be urged on behalf of the appellants herein toshow that the impugned action is only submitting the case of the respondent toMedical Board that too, in terms of the earlier orders passed by this Court, we are notgoing into the merits of this case since on the face of it the order appears to be theinterim order only before filing any counter affidavit by the appellants herein. Hence, the appellants herein can as well file counter affidavit for vacating the impugnedorder. We do not find any merits in this appeal and it is not a fit case to go into the Accordingly the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
