Aggrieved by the notification dated 14-12-2005 issued by therespondent-Corporation inviting applications for appointment of Health Workers, oncontract basis, the present writ petition is filed.

As per the notification, the applicants for contract work should be members of thesanitation societies formed with retired Public Health workers, their children and/Badili workers belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
