ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that eventhough the stay application filed before respondent No.5 in the revisionfiled against the order dated 31.10.2013 in C.M.A.No.96 of 2008passed by respondent No.1 is pending and no order has been passedthereon, respondent No.3 is seeking to evict them from the land inquestion.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and thelearned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, I am of the opinion that interests of justice would be met if respondent No.5 isdirected to dispose of the revision petition in a time bound manner andto direct respondent No.3 not to interfere with the petitioners’possession of the property comprised in Acs.8.00 in Survey No.113 ofDevaram Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District, till thedisposal of the revision petition.

Accordingly, respondent No.5 is directed to dispose of therevision petition within a period of two months from the date of receiptof a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioners andrespondent No.3 is restrained from dispossessing the petitioners fromthe abovementioned property till the disposal of the revision petition byrespondent No.5.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WP.MP.No.48289 of2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of asinfructuous.
