JUDGMENT:
During the pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to LokAdalat and the same was settled before the rok Adarat, High court LegatServices Committee, Hyderabad vide award dated 12. 11.2022.
Accordingly, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal isdismissed in terms of award passed by Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
