ORDER:

Notice of auction to grant lease of right to sell Indian madeforeign liquor came to be questioned, but there is no representation inthe matter. On the last occasion also, there was no representation. According to the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, petition hasbecome infructuous in view of the fact that the lease period is from 01-07-2006 to 30-06-2008 which has already lived its life. Be that as itmay, since no one appears for the petitioner, dismissed for want ofprosecution.
