O R D E R:
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and havingperused the material available on record, I am not inclined to entertainthe contempt case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to takeappropriate steps in the main writ petition, which is still pending, forfurther directions, if any.
Accordingly, granting leave and liberty, the Contempt Case isdismissed. No costs.
