Common Order:
Assailing G.O. Ms. No. 139, Industries & Commerce (IFR)Department, dated 6.7.1996, the petitioners filed these two writ petitions.
At the hearing, it has been submitted by Sri Y. Rama Rao, learnedcounsel appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 13909 of 1996that in view of the order passed by the B.I.F.R. as well as G.O.Ms.
No. 663, Industries & Commerce (IP) Department, dated31.10.2009, which has been issued by the Government, the subjectmatter of the writ petitions has become infructuous.
Since steps have already been taken in these matters, it appearsthat nothing remains for adjudication in these writ petitions.
The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed. No costs.
