Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedStanding Counsel for the respondents-APSRTC.

The petitioner is working as Conductor in the respondents-APSRTC. His main grievance is that when the respondents-Corporation has not fixed his pay by adding yearly increments aftercompletion of various punishments imposed, he made a representationdated 07.08.2003 requesting the respondents-Corporation to fix his payby adding yearly increments from the year 2000. But, no action hasbeen taken by the respondents-Corporation so far. Hence, he filed thepresent writ petition.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2003,seeking fixation of his pay by adding yearly increments, is said to bepending consideration before the respondents-Corporation, instead ofkeeping the writ petition pending, I deem it appropriate to dispose of thesame with the following direction:

The respondents-Corporation is directed to consider therepresentation of the petitioner, dated 07.08.2003, and pass appropriateorders thereon in accordance with law.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
