ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner Mirza Ghulam Ali Abbas, accused, seeking to quash theorder dated 26-08-2009 in Criminal M.P. No.3175 of 2009 in C.C.No.756 of 2009 passed by the learned II Additional Chief MetropolitanMagistrate, Hyderabad, and consequently return item Nos.1 to 6, of theschedule of property of the impugned petition, to the petitioner forinterim custody.

2. Heard.

3. The offence alleged against the petition is under Section 292 IPC.

4. In view of the nature of offence, which is very serious one, i.e. providing access to obscene pictures to teenage boys and girls thattoo making arrangements to sit them in pairs in closed cabins, it is not at all a fit case for releasing the property seized in connectionwith the crime pending trial. Hence, I see no ground to entertain thispetition.

5. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed at theadmission stage itself.
