representing Sri [K. ]Ramamohan, [learned counsel ][for the ][petitioner ][and]learned Assistant Government [Pleader ][for ][Assignment appearing ][on]behalf of the respondents.
2. During the course of hearing, it [is ]brought [to the ][notice ][of ][this]
Court that the [petitioner filed ][this ][contempt ][case ][for ][gross ][violation ][of]the order, dated 31.03.2011 [passed ][by ][this ][Court ][in ][W.P.No.5525 ][of]2005. Subsequently, this Court [passed ][another ][order ][in ][the ][very]same Writ Petition on 26.04.20L8 and [the order ][passed ][by this ][Court]on 31.03.2011 is no more in existence.
