ORDER:
It is stated that already a suit was filed in O.S.No.893 of 2006 onthe file of I. Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, and it is alsostated that an interim order was obtained. The same is herebyrecorded.
In view of the filing of the suit, the learned counsel representingthe Writ Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Noorder as to costs.
