In spite of service of notice none appears for theState-respondents.

The attention of this Court is drawn to internalpage 4 of the Final Order dated 29[th] August, 2018 inWPLRT No. 26 of 2018.

It is relevant to mention at this juncture thatthe matter stands assigned before this Bench now.

The petitioner submits that the last two lines ofthe concluding paragraph at internal page 4 of theFinal Order dated 29[th] August, 2018 (supra) startingwith the words “In view of the discussion andobservations …” requires to be corrected with regardto the following:

That the Memo Number and date printed in theOrder dated 29.8.2018as 26910/2012 datedDecember 4, 20129 requires to be corrected and readas “Memo No. 2610/2012 dated December 4,2012”.

It is accordingly directed that the above statedcorrection be carried out.

Registry to take the formal steps.

Let this Order be treated as a part of the FinalOrder dated 29[th] August, 2018 (supra).

CAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Notice of service as filed in Court today beretained with the record.

All parties to act on a server copy of this orderduly obtained from the official website of the Hon’bleHigh Court, Calcutta.
