ORDER:
1. This Criminal Petition is frled under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.by the petitioners/accused Nos. I to 3 seeking anticipatory bail inthe event of their arrest in connection with F.I.R No.562 of 2023 dated21.11.2023 on the file of the Bhupalpally Police Station, JayashankarBhupalpally District, registered for the offences punishable underSections 306 r/w 5ll and 5O6 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perusedthe record.
3. On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribedfor the offences alleged against the petitioners is up to sevenyears, t.l.is Court deems it appropriate to direct the InvestigatingOfficer in F.I.R.No.562 of 2023 on the file of the PS; Bhupalpally,Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, to follow the procedure laid downunder Section 41-A Cr.P.C ald also the guidelines formulated bytlre Hon'ble Supreme Court in Antesh Kurnar a.
