Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that inthe circumstances stated in the “Telegram” dt. 28-11-2007 sent by thePetitioner herein this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an order,direction, or a Writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of HabeasCorpus directing the respondents herein to produce N.Satyanarayana, S/o.Late N.Rajaiah, aged 57 years, R/o. 3-4-793, Opp: Tulja Bhavan, Kachiguda,Hyderabad his three sons, namely N.Durga Tulsidass, N.Krishna Mohanand Nageswar, before this Hon’ble Court, who are illegally detained on 27-11-2007 at 03.00 P.M. by the Police, Kachiguda, Hyderabad.

The Petition coming on for orders upon perusing the “ Telegram”dt. 28-11-2007 sent by the Petitioner herein and upon hearing thearguments of G.P. for Home on behalf of the Respondents.

The Court made the following ORDER:

“ In view of the allegations in the statement of the allegeddetenu Satyanarayana, Police shall ensure the presence of thepetitioner, who sent the telegram to this Court, on 26-12-2007. Post on 26-12-2007.”
