ORDER:
When the matter was listed on 22.12.202g, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter wasdirected to be listed on 29.12.2023 under the caption "fordismissal". Even today also, there is no representation for thepetitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested inprosecuting the Writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed for non_prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
