The petitioner–accused apprehends arrest inCr.No.288 of 2013 of III Town Police Station,Nizamabad, registered for the offences punishableunder Sections 436 and 506 IPC.
Heard learned counsel appearing for thepetitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutorrepresenting the respondent-State.
The First Information Report discloses that thepetitioner set fire to the lift in an apartment andthreatened the inmates of the apartment.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grantanticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
