Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learnedGovernment Pleader for the respondents.
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents ininterfering with the petitioner’s peaceful possession of house propertiesbearing plot Nos.10, 36 and 36-A, 3, 2, 81, 18, 80, 19, 8, 74/B, 4, 25, 3,18, 65, 1 and 2, 81, 125, 34, 9, 64, 74/A, 24, 119, 120, 128, 108, 88 and 4respectively situated at Dommara Pochampally Village, QutbullapurMandal, Ranga Reddy District, and trying to dispossess them highhandedly as illegal and arbitrary.
This Court, by order dated 25.09.2009 directed the respondentsnot to interfere with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment of houseson plot Nos.10, 36 and 36-A, 3, 2, 81, 18, 80, 19, 8, 74/B, 4, 25, 3, 18,65, 1 and 2, 81, 125, 34, 9, 64, 74/A, 24, 119, 120, 128, 108, 88 and 4respectively situated at Dommara Pochampally Village, QutbullapurMandal, Ranga Reddy District.
Learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the saidinterim order, no further orders are necessary in the present WritPetition.
Recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, thewrit petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shallstand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
