ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

This Civil Revision Petition is directed againstthe order dated 27.10.2015 passed in T.O.P.No.307 of2015 on the file of the District Judge, Rajahmundry. T.O.P.No.307 of 2015 was filed seeking transferof A.S.No.47 of 2015 from X Additional District Court,Kakinada to 1[st] Additional District Court, Rajahmundry.

Having gone through the material available onrecord and the submissions made by the learnedcounsel appearing for the petitioner, learned DistrictJudge, Rajahmundry, held that as both the suits weredisposed of on the same day by one and the sameCourt, it would be appropriate that both the appeals beheard and disposed of by a single Court to avoidmultiplicity of proceedings and conflicting decisions, allowed the petition and transferred A.S.No.47 of 2015to I Additional District Judge’s Court, Rajahmundry.

I do not find any irregularity or illegality in theorder passed by the learned District Judge,Rajahmundry, and it needs no interference by thisCourt.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shallstand closed.
