ORDER:
CRIMINAL PETITION No.10941 OF 2009
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners Kamshetty Swethan, Smt. Kashetty Rajasri andKamshetty Satyanarayana, accused Nos.1 to 3 respectively, seekingto quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.154 of 2008 ofGhatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences underSections 420, 406, 468 and 120-B IPC.
2. Heard.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that investigation and consequential steps on the basis ofresult of the investigation shall go on, but the petitioners shall not bearrested till filing of charge sheet, if any.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposedof at the admission stage itself.
