Praying that in thecircumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may bepleased to stay all further proceedings on the file of the 1st respondent i.e.the Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram issued in pursuance ofthe notice in (M) Rc.No.482/2001/C5, dated 29.9.2009 pending disposal ofthe main writ petition pending No. 21718 of 2009 on the file of the HighCourt.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing thePetition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated13-10-2009 made in W.P.No. 21718 of 2009 and upon hearing thearguments of SRI M.VIDYASAGAR Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P.FOR SOCIAL WELFARE , for the Respondents, the court made thefollowing:

ORDER: “ This is an application to stay all further proceedings onthe file of respondent No.1 in pursuance of notice in (M) Rc. No.482/2001/C5, dated 29-9-2009.

This court by order dated 13-10-2009 while permittingrespondent No.1 to complete the enquiry directed not to submit finalreport.

No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. In view ofthe same, interim order dated 13-10-2009 shall continue to last till thedisposal of the writ petition. WPMP is accordingly ordered.”
