O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking declaration that the allegedaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the peacefulpossession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Hec: 1-27 centsin survey No. 69/2 situated at Rayapalli village of AddateegalaRevenue Mandal, East Godavari district, is illegal and arbitrary. Thepetitioner also seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not tointerfere with the civil disputes relating to the said land.

This Court on 21-12-2010, adjourned the matter to thelearned Government Pleader to get instructions as to the allegationsmade by the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learnedGovernment Pleader for Home on instructions stated that therespondents 2 and 3 are not interfering in any manner whatsoeverwith the possession and enjoyment of the land in question.

Under the circumstances, no further enquiry is necessaryand the writ petition is accordingly disposed recording the statementof the learned Government Pleader for Home that the respondents 2and 3 are not interfering with the possession of the land in question.No costs.
